Pantry Note is a small, hands-on kitchen blog. Everything here comes from cooking the same dishes over and over at home — weeknight dinners, pasta, bread, and the pantry staples that hold it all together. If you tried a recipe or a technique from the site and something didn't behave the way it was described, we want to hear about it.

Get in Touch

The best way to reach us is by email: admin@blog.com. Recipe questions, substitution problems, "my sauce never reduced" — all fair game. We read every message, but this is a one-person kitchen operation, so expect a reply within about a week. Detailed troubleshooting questions (what pan, what heat, how long) usually get faster and better answers than "it didn't work."

Partnerships and Commercial Enquiries

For sponsorships, product testing, recipe licensing, or syndication, email the same address with "Partnership" in the subject line. We only cover tools and ingredients we would actually use in a home kitchen, and anything paid or gifted is labelled as such in the post. Please don't send unsolicited packages before we've agreed on anything.

Corrections

Recipes carry real consequences — a wrong oven temperature or a mistyped flour weight can ruin dinner. If you spot an error in a quantity, timing, temperature, or technique, send the article title and the line in question to admin@blog.com. We re-test the step before changing anything. Substantive corrections are made in the post itself and noted at the bottom with the date; small typos are fixed quietly. If we got something wrong, we say so rather than editing it away.
