Welcome
These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pantry Note mobile application (“App”), developed by Hoeren Chong (“Creator”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access or use the App.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and of legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Subscription Service (if applicable)
The App may offer a premium subscription feature with access to Google Gemini support (the “Subscription Service”). If you choose to subscribe to the Subscription Service, you will be charged a subscription fee (the “Subscription Fee”) according to the plan you select. Subscription Fees will be charged through your Apple ID account.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
- If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
- We will not provide refunds for any unused portion of the Subscription Fee.
Content Ownership
The App and all content included in the App (including text, graphics, logos, images, and software) is the property of the Creator or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
User Generated Content
You retain all ownership rights to the information you create in the App (“User Generated Content”). By submitting User Generated Content to the App, you grant the Creator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and translate your User Generated Content in connection with the App and its related services.
User Conduct
You agree to use the App in a lawful and respectful manner. You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe on the rights of any third party.
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or threatening content.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Creator disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Creator be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages) arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.
Termination
The Creator may terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Creator regarding your use of the App.
Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
